Greetings!

WW is less than 2 months away! We have a beautiful new site with all
the great activities WW is known for - fighting, classes, singing,
fighting, socializing, shopping, and even more fighting! The event
website has been updated with new information about the site,
including a site map and FAQ. Also, the armored combat, rapier and
archery schedules have been posted! Take a look at
http://www.warriorsandwarlords.org for all things WW-related, and keep
checking back for updates.

For those who know things and want to share them by teaching a class,
we still have plenty of openings for classes. Contact Baroness
Khadijah if you are interested. Her contact info is posted on the WW
webpage.

Like everything in the SCA, WW relies on volunteers - opportunities to
help make WW happen abound, and all offer the chance to reconnect with
old friends and meet new people. Volunteer sign-up schedules are
available for several areas including the Gate, Info Point, Security,
and Site Cleanup. For Info Point specifically, Shava offers the
following incentive: Each person who volunteers for Information Point
will be able to pick something from a grab bag of prizes or treats.
They will also be entered in a drawing for a really great prize at the
end of the event. Shava is not above bribing volunteers even though
she knows that the fun of volunteering should be prize enough.

As a reminder, this year WW is using ACCEPS to allow credit card
payment of site fees. It is available only until June 1, and you can
get to ACCEPS via a link on the WW page. Please remember to keep track
of your confirmation number, as it will be required when you register
on site.
