Thank you your Excellency for the clarification. We are trying to become a Canton not a Shire. The word "village" should not even be used until we are considered an applicant group. We are trying to become a applicant group this evening. OCTOBER, 2004

That's correct -- a forming Canton, which is a group *within* the Barony rather than separate from the Barony.
