[Nordskogen] May 08 Business Meeting Agenda

Can you clarify for everyone.  The 'Forming Village of Blachmere' is a
forming Canton (group within the Barony) and not a 'forming shire' splitting
out of the Barony correct?  

(Big difference as one is still a part of the Barony and the other is its
own entity and the Barony is then giving up zip codes to the new group.)
