[Nordskogen] Business Meeting tonight, and other items

Hey folks, I'm finally done with my morning meetings, and have a chance to
post.

Per baronial policy, the items that require advance notice are officer
openings/candidates, and proposed policy changes.

I think that the policies fell off of the webpage during the current rewrite
that's going on.  It's not an intentional thing, just a matter of getting
everything set up for the new site.

The agenda will be going out in the next few minutes.  Just to help folks
understand, I was receiving agenda requests up until this morning, some big,
some small.  In the interests of staying flexible to the Barony's needs, I
have not previously put a deadline on agenda requests.  I may start doing
that in the future, but be aware that if I do, I'm going to take a hard line
on last minute requests, in order to be fair to everyone who does meet that
deadline.
