An actual "Vote"? Pretty short notice. Did I miss an earlier notice on the Nordskogen list or in the Quill? And I don't think our esteemed seneschal has had time yet (after returning from her journey) to publish an agenda for tonight. I was going to check the barony's policies 'cause I seem to recall that the policies have something about anything requiring a populace vote needs to have a discussion with reasonable or sufficient notice for people to be able to attend, be published in the Quill, all before being voted on. However, the policies seem to no longer be available on Nordskogen's's website. And (foolish me) I didn't keep a personal copy. I'm sure the seneschal and baronage will either correct me if I'm wrong or inform us further. Bridget

(as a side note: maybe I'm getting more stupid in my old age, but I also couldn't locate the seneschal's or baronage's e-mail addresses from the Nordskogen website.)

Tomorrow at the Baronial business meeting there will be a populace vote to determine if the Barony will support the creation of the new canton. We will be passing out Maps and Zip code lists of the proposed area.

We need the support of our Barony or we can not move on to determine the actual boundaries and populace. Please try to attend. There is a link below to the sight in Shoreview. We hope to see some of the newer folks there also. The sight is the National Gaurd Armory you must go in between the two buildings to the west door to gain entrance.

Thanks Froberry
