[Nordskogen] Question about Fighter Practice Waivers

So.... it's SPRING!!!!  And it's warming up.... so we'll be having weekly
Fighter Practices set up soon in Kenosha.... and I have a question....

about waivers / rosters

for Fighter Practice - does everyone have to sign the waiver?  What if they
have a blue card?  What if everyone has a blue card?  Does there still need
to be a roster/waiver sheet?

What do you do with those waiver sheets or rosters?  Who do you send them
to?  Those that hold the practices... do you really send off the sheets to
whomever you are supposed to or do you just keep them?

Just something I'm thinkin about and thought I'd throw out there to see what
folks know... or what they do.
