[Nordskogen] Archery Practice this Sunday, 3-16-08

Greetings, i will be holding archery practice this sunday from 1 to 3 PM at the Bwana archery range in Little Canada.  To get to the range take your best route to 35E and Little Canada Road.  Turn west onto little canada road and head for the frontage road on the west side of 35E and turn right (from southbound 35E, this will require making a U-turn to the right to get on the frontage road).  The range is about 1 mile up the frontage road and is marked with a big yellow archery sign.  there is a range fee of $6.50 per shooter, observers are free.

With easter weekend being next week (march 23rd), there will not be archery practice that sunday (the range is typically closed on holidays as well).  

This means that the time is drawing near for an end to the winter challenge shoots.  There are at most 4 weeks left to get a score recorded for the prizes being offered this year: 
1.) Most improved score, first score compared to best score (1 dozen self nocked arrows offered by our previous archery champion David) 
2.) Highest score, one for youth and one for adult (single prize arrow for each, offered by viði).

The offer does still stand as well if you are not able to make it to the regular practices that i can possibly make it to other practices in the area and bring the winter challenge shoots with for you to record a score.
