[Nordskogen] Baronial Heavy Weapons Champion Tourney

Greetings,

Baron Ilya has indicated that he would like to hold a tourney to find the
next Heavy Fighting Champion of Nordskogen.

The Tourney will take place at Fighter Pratice, Tuesday March 11th. His
Excellency would like to invite all fighters who have interest being the
next Heavy Weapons Champion to come and fight. Further, His Excellency
would like to invite all who are interested in viewing the acts of honor
and prowess of the potential champions come out as well.

Format:
Baron Ilya has decided that the format will be bring your best weapon.

Also, the format will be as close to round robin at possible, but if the
numbers are two big I would not be suprised if Baron Ilya decides to go
with some sort of pool.

Also, His Exellency wanted make it clear that anyone can fight in
the Tourney who would like to, even if you do not want to take on the job
of Baronial Champion, even if you are not a resident of Nordskogen. All
participants will be expected to declare wether they are fighting to
become champion when the sign in to the list table that night. Baronial
residency is required to be eligible to be the champion, but non residents
are welcome and invited to compete in the tourney as described above.
