[Nordskogen] Seeking Volunteers

Greetings Nordskogen!

I am in charge of site clean up at Spring Coronation. I'd like to make 
it go as quickly as possible, so I'd like to get four or five teams of 
four people, each tackling one area. I estimate we can finish completely 
in no more than 30 minutes, so people would be done by 7:30, or earlier 
depending on when court finishes.

I now ask (begging and pleading comes later) the populace of Nordskogen 
to take 30 minutes of your time to help ensure the site ends the day in 
as good order as we found it, and that any who do volunteer do not need 
to spend too much of their evening on that task. Volunteers will be 
divided into teams at my whim unless you sign up as a group.

A friendly competition will take place: The first team (or five 
individuals) to commit to help, as well as the first team to finish 
their tasks will get small tokens of appreciation from me.

PLEASE let me know (quickly if you can) that you can help, and as soon 
as my compliment is full, I will inform this list.

I sincerely appreciate any effort you can lend toward the goal of a 
quick and easy event clean up. We want to have the site sparkle so there 
is nothing left for the custodians to attend to, and they will be happy 
to host us again and again.
