[Nordskogen] How do/did you find a fighter practice site?

Greetings to the various lists!
 
I know that the season is almost over for fighting indoors, but I am
still searching for a south Metro (Twin Cities) site. 
I would seriously welcome any and all ideas that people have for finding
such a place, 
with all the requirements armoured fighting entails. 
 
Where does your local group practice, how did they find it, do they pay
rent, and if so, how much, etc. etc. etc. 
These are a few of the questions I am interested in. And, no matter how
off the wall, I will consider all ideas. 
 
(To clarify: I am simply looking to ADD a practice to the weekly one
that we already have on Tuesday night in Minneapolis, NOT replace it.
Fighting once a week just ain't enough, folks! :-))
