[Nordskogen] Knight of the Brewer's Mash-Pole

American Bill Cantron can now call himself Sir Bill.  This Belgian award
goes to people who are highly knowledgable about Belgian beers.  Only 14
Americans have ever received the award.  Sir Bill says that all the other
members of the order who were present at the festival where he was
knighted came up and congratulated him.

Vivat!
