     Just commenting on #3= Maybe I missed something but who said
     anything about giving up anything= Simonis found a place where we
     could have an indoor practice on Sunday =fternoons. How does this
     affect a practice on Wednesday evenings?


     Could you tell me more about Item #1?

       My thoughts on the matter
       1. I would be careful you don't want to run into the same
       Sanitation issu=s as the Stock Pavilion at Madison had the hard
       way.
       2. Pole Barn means little to no heat just in time for a Minnesota
       Winter =nd what about proper lighting?
       3. You look to maybe giving up a secure, well heated, well lighted
       fighti=g area with well heated, well lighted classrooms complete
       with desks and=hairs and a free secure storage area for equipment
       Did I mention this w=s a free site for someone's private land
       which they can evict you from w=thout notice causing you to loose
       everything for the the deal that was t= good to be true.
       Might be some things to think about before everyone goes wild over
       it. 
       Just my thought you can do whatever the popular vote dictates
