lemme think.... what ever could it be? It's right on the tip of my
tongue! Something, I just know it is....hmmmmmm.

Oh yeah! Could it be used for equestrian demos/practices as well?

It's only two miles from my house, so it may be a bit far for some, but
it's a horse arena owned by gal who is into medieval stuff. There's a
group of folks that dress up and even some have armour, not really an
official group, but they have some feasts and parties. This woman who
owns the place also said that she's fine with us using the arena, but
she wants me to pass out her business cards. She's a seamstress who
makes medieval clothing, fancy that! :-)
 
The site is basically a pole barn with a stable at the far end. The
floor is sand and it's spacious enough to fight decent melee scenarios.
I'd say even eight on eight. The only  problem is that it's unheated,
but there are outlets which she said we could use to plug in space
heaters, and I said that people would be willing to kick in a few bucks
for the electric bill.

We can start next Sunday afternoon around 3 pm.
