I.          Officer Business



Positions open:  Seneschal and Chronicler– letter of application due by July business



Annual policy review - suggestions or revisions due.  I’ll accept emailed changes

through Thursday.  Review to be held at June business meeting.

 

 II.         Events

     Caponi demo
   First summer demo date set:  Sunday, June 3.  Barony wanted to do 3 more.  Discuss dates and ideas.
   
  No more quarterly demos at LEAP.  What do we want to do instead during the winter?
   
   

III.  Other Business

 BOD meeting coming to Bloomington July 14th - idea floated to the group that it might be

 nice to sponsor a revel afterwards. Sir Aaron states that if anything is planned it would be

 best to be a non-garb, very low-key event as a rest for the BOD after their 3-day meeting.

 Group was asked to think about it and bring any ideas to tonight’s meeting.
