I think Caponi is right--we are as likely to freeze in the first week of
April as to have the heat we've had the last two years in August. 

What about June 2 (I know it is the Quest for Summer Sun but that
doesn't feel like a biggie).

Another alternative is to move it to late period to combine with the
Aztec theme on the weekend after Lillies at Caponi (make the fair an
Iberian peninsula Ren Fair--a little late period for me but I'll
live)... 

Perhaps this is how we got to August in the first place??
