At least conflict with the local schedule.  That weekend does conflict with Lilies down in Calontir and will affect a number of the Caponi regulars.

The directors of Caponi Art Park contacted me about an idea they had. For the past few years, their "Shakespeare in the Park" event and our demo have been held in August, which as many of you will recall, have been absolutely miserable weather-wise. This has probably kept many people who might attend at home instead, basking in their air conditioning.

They would like to move this event to June so we don't all die from the heat. The weekend that looks to work for them and interferes the least with the SCA schedule is June 9-10.

They need to have an answer soon so they can plan, and I'm the one who screwed up in not getting it to them sooner. I'd like to have a very quick vote on this next week so we can let them know if this change will work for us.
