Greetings to the Hall!

This is a final call for attendees of Schutzenfest to sign-up to
participate in equestrian activities. We have a wonderful weekend
planned full of equestrian games, horse archery, an IKEqC, and a
challenge course. We invite all equestrian enthusiasts of the Kingdom
and surrounding lands to attend.

IMPORTANT: *** If you have not contacted me about your participation,
and I have not acknowledged your intent to participate, you are NOT
signed up to be part of the equestrian activities! ***

But don't despair! You still have a few days left to contact me if you
wish to be part of the fun. We always have need for ground crew, and
anyone who wants to authorize as a groundsman can do so on Saturday
morning, but you must contact the EMIC to do so.

Opportunities for riding authorizations are limited, and are currently
planned for Friday afternoon only by appointment with the EMIC. If you
do not own a horse, arrangements must have been made with an attending
horse owner before the start of the event if you wish to ride. Walk-up
authorization requests during the event WILL NOT be available. No
exceptions.

Any horse owners who are bringing their steeds to the event should have
already pre-registered. If you have not done so, the autocrat and the
EMIC *must* be informed of when you will be arriving. We need to know
the number of horses you are planning to bring, when you plan to
arrive, provide a copy of a negative Coggins test (dated within the
past 12 months) and 30-day interstate health certificate (if arriving
from out of state) for each horse. You will not be allowed on site if
you do not have these items, or have not contacted the EMIC or
autocrat.

Reminder: Groundcrew are always welcome, and you do NOT need to own a
horse to help with groundcrew. Please register with the EMIC if you
wish to authorize as an equestrian groundsman.

To contact or register with the EMIC, please contact:
