Just a reminder about special order sizes.
Please contact me today (Sunday) if you wish a 4XL or 5XL.

Greetings all

In the past, we have had requests for WW T-shirts in 4XL and 5XL sizes. 
Suppliers who handle these sizes are limited, colours are limited, and the 
price is much higher. That is why they have not been offered in the past.

I'm doing an experiment this year to see how it goes.

This year I will order these sizes for those people who contact me by Sunday 
evening, June 10th. I will set these shirts aside with your name attached. 
Since I am not asking for pre-payment, I am counting on your honour to 
actually pay for the shirt in a timely manner. Any special order shirts that 
are not picked up by noon Saturday will be open to purchase by the general 
populace. Your contact with me (email, phone or in person by Sunday evening) 
is your contract to buy. If you can not make it to the sales booth at WW by 
Saturday noon, please let me know who is authorized to pay for and pick up 
your shirt. I do not wish to mail shirts. I do not wish to hold shirts past 
WW except in emergency cases.

Each shirt will be $15.00. Please specify 4XL or 5XL in a PRIVATE email to 
me. Please give me your name and home group.

The artwork this year was designed by Lady Jois of Jararvellir. It features 
a unique layering of a compass rose, a snowflake and a catfish. The design 
will be printed in gold and white on a royal blue shirt (the special order 
shirts will be as close to royal blue as offered, it may not be a match to 
the smaller sizes).

As I have stated, this year is experimental. If everyone plays nicely and 
this test works out well; we MAY be able to continue this service in the 
future. If I am stuck with shirts that people don't pay for, the test fails 
and a few will spoil this opportunity for everyone.

The normal run of shirts are sized Small to 3XL. These will be available for 
purchase on a first come, first sold basis at the event.
