[Nordskogen] CoP Updates

Greetings Nordskogen!

We have had a busy couple of months with many of our folks being 
recognized with awards for their hard work and efforts both in the 
Kingdom and in the Barony! Congratulations to all of you!

I have updated everyones listings and may have missed something 
important so I urge you all to check your listing under Nordskogens 
Order of Precedence to make sure it is all correct (even if you have not 
received an award in the last two months).  Please give our wonderful 
webminister Oswald a few days to add my updates for awards given at 
Shutzenfest and WW.
Any corrections can be sent to me :)
