Subject: [Northshield] Ivetta's Brewing Challenge

Greetings,

I am proposing a Challenge to all Brewers/Wine Makers/Cordial Makers within
the reach of my words. I invite all to take part in my Challenge and put
your skills to the test of creativity, ingenuity, and imagination. Here are
the very simple rules to participate in my Challenge.

Rules:
1) You must use at least 2 ingredients from my non-standard brewing/vinting
ingredient list to create a beverage of your choice.
2) You can use additional ingredients as necessary.
3) The beverage need not be period in nature.
4) You must provide a complete ingredient listing with your beverage. A
complete recipe is not necessary.
5) You must provide enough of your beverage for a panel of 5 judges to
sample.

Judging of the beverages will be based on the following:
1) Taste
2) Use of ingredients
3) Creativity/Flair/Wow Factor

If you are interested in partaking in my Challenge, please email me
privately. I will be happy to provide you with the list of ingredients and
any additional information that you need.

Judging will be held at WW 2007 at a time yet to be determined. I understand
this time frame is not possible for all types of beverages, so I would like
to extend this invitation to participants who are interested for next year's
WW 2008. Entrants for 2008 will be given a different list of ingredients to
chose from.
