Thank you. Let me tell you all how we did it: We had an awesome crew of
volunteers. The kitchen had people showing up all day to help. At one
point, we were running behind (due to the kitchen being all on one circuit
so we couldn't have more than one roaster going without tripping it), so I
asked Mikey to go wrangle some for me. He made an announcement, and
literally 20 people showed up to help. I'm terrible with names, or I'd
tell you who they all were - I remember every face that came in that
kitchen, and I don't have enough adjectives to tell you how grateful I am
for their help.

One set of volunteers, I'd like to take a moment to mention. Part of the
kitchen staff consisted of children who showed up and asked if they could
help. There were seven of them, and they stayed in the kitchen all day,
going from task to task, washing dishes tirelessly for four hours
straight, and literally just doing a circuit of the kitchen and finding
where we needed extra hands and pitching in. They made pie crusts, they
stuffed pies, they plated things, they made sure the drink station was
stocked, they got things for people, they swept, they hulled nuts,
they chopped fruits, they stocked the tables and let us know when things
were running low, and again - ran the dishwasher and made sure we had
platters to put things on.

Could not have done it without all the help I had.
