[Nordskogen] Bard of Nordskogen Challenge and Competition, update!

Hello all,

The Bard of Nordskogen Competition and Challenge will be held at Twelfth
Night at 11:30 am. (I'm pretty sure that it does NOT conflict with
fighting. :) )
