[Nordskogen] Public Moot January 17

That is correct.  Community Ed has once agin randomly
chosen when our demo is to be, despite the info they were
given.  Fortunately, that works for us this month, as we
already were not planning on having our normal moot due to
Twelfth Night.

So we will be having the Quarterly Demo on the third
Wednesday of the month, and the business meeting will be
moved to the fourth.
