Sorry, I forgot to include pertinent detail like my address!  I was typing my request waaayyy late on sunday.  Yep a true V-8 moment! 
      I live at 5337 Nicollet Ave S in the 1-st floor unit.  Mpls Mn 55419  near Diamond Lk Rd & 35 W south.  And coincidentally near the museum of Russian art.
