[Nordskogen] How to make a cipher

So last night I taught about blackwork, and someone said they wanted to embroider their initials on a handkerchief. I said: "Neat! That's called a cipher. I'll teach you how to do that next week." So next week, I'll be doing a short class on ciphers. If you want to start one, bring a handkerchief and at least two different colors of thread. If you want to design one, I'll have graph paper and pens and pencils available.
