[Nordskogen] Quill renewal - send to?

  I am going to send in my Quill subscription renewal, and noticed that the online form still lists Cinnu as Chronicler...
   
  Should I still send it to Cinnu, or should I send it to Lady Devon (in which case, can someone please reply privately with Lady Devon's address)?
