Would a Glastonbury chair do? My husband had a commission for two, and made two
extra. He's probably got a week or so left to complete them. One may be spoken
for, but the other is still available. It's completely collapsible, made out of
oak, and the back and seat panels are quartersawn. It's made extra-wide (22"
seat) for comfort, though I think he could cut it narrower if you like.
