[Nordskogen] No armored practice Tuesday Oct 31st or Nov 7th

Seeing as how neither Rusty nor I will be at practice tomorrow, there will be no armored practice on Halloween (unless another marshal would like to quickly and publicly step forward).
   
  Additionally,  Bracket is a polling place and will not be available to armored fighters on Tue Nov 7th.  Vote instead.
   
  See everyone back at practice on the 14th.
