Howdy from Rosanore!

Rae Lundquist, aka Dreamstitcher and Graelig of Lommerud, is having a garage sale
at her place this weekend.  I'm sure that she'll have stuff of interest to
historical recreationists!

Here is her announcement which has appeared elsewhere on the Web.

Weird Stuff” Garage Sale

Saturday and Sunday, October 21st and 22nd From 10am to 7pm

5340 47th Av South, Minneapolis
near VA hospital and 2 blocks away from the VA light rail station


COSTUMES – PROPS – JEWELRY TOYS and BOOKS

These items are from the inventory of  DreamStitcher Costume and have accumulated from
years of historical reenacting (SCA, fur trade, Viking) and participation in science
fiction, fantasy and anime conventions

Costume items range from Viking to Victorian, from Star Trek to Babylon 5 to Japanese
anime, and include tunics, vests, dresses, gowns and robes, cloaks and capes, hakamas
and kimonos.

(Then there are the just silly items, like fun and fantasy kilts , in all sorts of
colors and patterns).  Props offered range from fireplace tongs to teapots to pieces
of furniture. Odd medical containers and instruments, anime posters.
 
Prices are cheap! Everything is set to go. (I need the room!)

(Large tents will be set up against the rain – snow? and hot chocolate will be served)
