[Nordskogen] IMPORTANT Directions to NRA

Just got the news from the Squirrels that the road
construction on HIGHWAY 19 is not finished.  Below are
some alternative directions for reaching the Site, if
you are comming from I-35. 



 There is a detour marked that does work pretty much. 
But there's another way too that's a little faster and
easier.  It is as follows:


Directions from I-35:
 
 1. Take Exit 69 to Highway 19 and turn East.
 2. Continue on Highway 19 past St. Olaf College. 
 Turn left onto Forest Ave
 (before you pass the Malt-O-Meal plant).
 3. Turn left onto Lincoln St.
 4. Turn right onto 2nd Street W.
 5. Continue on 2nd St (you'll go past lots of
 houses, straight through a
 stoplight, and over the bridge).  Turn right onto
 Division St (the main street where all the shops
are).
 6. Follow Division St. through town, all the way to
 Northfield Middle School.
 7. You're there!  :-)

 If you click on the left hand side on "Map to NMS",
 it will show you a map
 of the location that is pretty clear and allows for
 zooming in to see all
 the streets involved in getting from Highway 19 to
 the school.
 
 If people are staying overnight in Northfield, I
 would recommend calling the
 hotel they chose and double-checking on directions. 
 It is still possible to
 get to everything, just a little more complicated
 than usual!  :-)
