[Nordskogen] Princess's Sleeve Tournement at NRA

It is my pleasure to announce the Her Stellar Highness
Giulia will be holding her Sleeve Tournament at
Northshield Rapier Academy, this coming Saturday.

The tournament will be in two parts.  The first round
will be a timed challenge round lasting half an hour. 
Combatants will be broken up in to multiple pools, and
will challenge fighters within their pools.  The
number of fighters in each pool and the total number
of pools will be determined by the number of
combatants.  The pools will be determined by random
draw at the start of the tournament.

The top 2-3 fighters (depending on total number of
fighters) will advance to the second round where they
will fight a single elimination round to determine the
final 2 fighters.  The Sleeve holder will be
determined by combat.  As such Her Highness asks that
only those who seek to be the sleeve holder enter her
tournament.

Sign in for the Princess's Sleeve will be from 9-10:30
am, and will close promptly at 10:30.  Also during
this time her Highness asks that all combatants
present themselves to her, at their convenience.

the fight and close for attack using range tactics. 
Recommended bring rapier and dagger (or just rapier if
