[Nordskogen] 12th Night Feast

Greetings. 
The feast for Nordskogen's 12th Night event will be run buffet style, with 
food available starting at 11:00am and running until half an hour before 
Court. The kitchen and dining area will close for the duration of Court 
and re-open with a dessert buffet after Court has finished. 

The dining area seats 299 people, and this room is also available for 
social activities such as period games, or just a quiet place to sit and 
chat with friends. 

At this time, I am asking that if you have a food allergy or concern that 
you wish addressed, you contact me via email with the subject line "TN: 
(whatever your concern is)" 

I have a list of concerns already being addressed: Sugar-free, salt-free, 
wheat/gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free. There will be both 
vegetarian and vegan dishes available. There will be no pork product used 
anywhere in the feast. 

The menu will be published as soon as it is finalized. Ingredient 
lists will also be published as far in advance as possible. There will be 
ingredient lists available in the dining area and kitchen staff will do 
their best to make sure food on the buffet table is clearly labled.
