This would be at Their Excellencies' discretion. Knowing our Baroness' fondness for the season, I anticipate that she would be pleased to see this happen again.
   
  I have championed and coordinated this event for the past few years. This year, my brain has been reduced to pudding by modern work. Yes, my job's brain-melting power is even stronger than my passion for Halloween.
   
  With Her Excellency's blessing, if there is another passionate person out there with a love of Halloween and the desire to incite the populace into wearing costumes and perhaps having some sort of costume contest (and/or other seasonal festivities), then I would cheerfully turn the limelight over to him or her.
   
  Of course, if Her Excellency requests and there are no other vict-- volunteers, I shall equally cheerfully use my Laurel powers for evi-- good and terri-- encourage the populace to show off their creative costuming.
