[Nordskogen] OT: Room mate needed

Hello,

The room mate I had lined up fell through. So I am still looking for
a room mate or 2.


Nice 3 B.R., 1 ½ bath Bloomington Duplex to co-rent. (Washer & Dryer, Off
street parking, yard, deck, finished basement)

 No smoking, pets or young children. Mostly furnished, just provide your
own B.R. Quite, clean environment.

Rent $ 500 month plus utilities (estimate $ 75- 150 month)One months rent
for deposit. I might be able to talk the Landlord into waiting for the
deposit if absolutely necessary. $35 background check fee.

Roommate would have use of whole duplex: living room, kitchen, dining room,
furnished basement. We have one off street parking space and one space in
the garage. Would alternate garage space every other month. Plenty of
space.

Close to 35W, 494, and 77.
