I saw some pictures of it on CNN also, I could not see any
illumination, I think your hunch may turn out to be correct. But who
knows what will be on the next page? I'm assuming the text is in latin.
I don't think I've seen or heard anyone volunteer that information. It
would be cool if it *were* an Irish translation of the psalms (of
course it would! It might fill in more old irish vocabulary that is
currently missing).
