[Nordskogen] Administrivia: Moderation Switch Thrown

As a general rule, Master Owen and I have tended to have a more open policy
with the Nordskogen list than was my wont when I was moderator of the
Northshield Hall.

However, it is my opinion that the current discussion about demos,
authority, and the openness or lack of it within the Barony, is not serving
any constructive purpose, and the polite request put forth by the Seneschal
that it come to an end has not been heeded. Therefore, this list is in
full-moderation mode until further notice. No messages, no matter how
constructive their intent, on the topics above will be approved during the
cooling-off period, which will last...well, as long as I think it has to.
Probably a couple of days.

I would like to thank those of you who tried to bring the topic back around
to constructive ground. Nothing you said was bad or wrong and much of it is
truly useful. I just don't feel that the discussion, as a whole, is getting
anywhere or producing anything but hurt feelings and agita.
