[Nordskogen] Bobbin lace pillow - does anyone have info on how to build one?

I am finding myself in need of a 16" to 20" round bobbin lace pillow. Does 
anyone have any links or info they might be willing to share on how to 
build a bobbin lace pillow?  I think I've finally figured out the secret 
of Italian knotted cauls and would like to test my findings.  Feel free to
