[Nordskogen] 2d RFC: Unofficial Northshield Gallery

Now that the dust has settled from the insanity of dying hardware last
week, I'd like to put out a second Request for Comments on 'new'
Unofficial Northshield Gallery:

So far, just about all the feedback I have is positive, and so there's
a pretty strong chance that the gallery will migrate permanently to
the new software soon. If anyone can see any strong show-stoppers, now
would be a good time.

Oh, and we moved the Gallery -- and indeed, all the stuff that had to
migrate last week -- in the nick of time. The old server's hard drive
has failed to the point where the system will not boot.
