[Nordskogen] Reminder: Palace demo TODAY!

Gentles:

Our annual (?) demo at Palace Recreation Center will be taking place this evening.

Palace Recreation Center is at 781 Palace Ave., St. Paul, MN, 55102.
The demo will be at their annual Take Back the Night picnic.

The picnic will be held from 5-8 pm.  Food will be available for $5 per family. 
We are officially "on" from 7-8 pm but if people get there earlier to do stuff, that
would be great!

As far as weather cancellation, if lightning occurs, the fields will be cleared.

The Center will be giving us our usual outdoor space--the land between the horseshoe court and the
children's playground.

The regular Tuesday Armored Practice will be held there as well as the quarterly
charity tourney.  The format will depend on the number of fighters present but there
will be a $5 entrance fee, with the proceeds going to the charity of the victor's choice.
If you wish to participate, be there, in armor and ready to fight, by 7pm at the latest.

In addition, this will be our August moot.  We will STILL BE HAVING A MEETING ON WEDNESDAY
this week.  It just won't be the moot!
   
Please come in garb ready to have fun and share what we do with our neighbors!
