Wearing garb to meetings [Was:Re: [Nordskogen] August Meeting Sites]

Customarily, we only wear garb at the monthly moots which typically are the first Wednesday of the
month, except for this month when the moot will be TODAY at the PALACE DEMO <unashamedly
plugging>.

It's fine if you wear garb to other Wed. meetings though or don't wear it at the moot.
